Refund policy

Return Window: Products must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase (based on the postmark date).

RMA Requirement: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package; packages without an RMA number will be refused.

Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
